HOW TO FUND YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

After you have received your welcome letter, which will include your new membership account number, you are ready to fund your account. You have a few options to do so:

  • Visit the branch to deposit cash or check with a teller

  • Transfer funds from an existing SWECU account

  • Use Remote Deposit in your mobile banking app to take a picture of a check or money order

  • Use Account-to-Account (A2A) transfer in your online banking or mobile banking app to transfer funds from another financial institution (check with account specialist for access to this option)

  • Direct Deposit from your payroll or other direct deposit
